I miss the tourneys, nowadays I don't have much time for Doom, but tourney games always helped me to find some spare time..
I know that there were some cheating scandals lately, but seriously I dont give a shit, I just want to play the game and would like to know if there are people with the same opinion.
When someone is cheating, he is harming himself and he knows that in fact he didn't win, why do innocent players have to suffer eg. with no tourneys?
I'm for tourneys even in such hard times like these

Yeh me too. I thought I haven't played tourneys lately I will start playing again... but then the 'cheating' came...

Just play then, you will notice when someone is cheating, if he wins you send demo of how he is cheating and then decide if it is cheating or not. If it is true he gets DQ and ban offcourse and you can go through the other rounds. So why no tourneys?

Yes, cheating can be proved by a demo. At least aimbot or wallhack (in fact I dont know about any other lol), so lets just record all tourney games and in case of disputes, admins will have a look on a demo and decide... It can be a lot of work, but you can have another admins for watching demos etc.. just to help you...??? I think it may be doable.

BTW I would love to have a CTF tourney on again:).

people are lazy to make new strategies, give them excavation, frozen and they'll be happy
and I would like to see some pro tourney in dweller2 map 11, very underrated map imho..

Another CTF-tourney would indeed be very welcome and 1on1tourneys are ok as well.

Sorry to say, but the Olympics are a bit of a failure imo.

Olympics would be great if only there was some interest in it. More teams and some chance on getting to a first position, that is curently missing for all other teams than us .

Yeah the CTF tourney would be great Olympics are good too, but dunno why the other teams almost "withdrew". Beginning was cool, but now it´s fading more and more...

Well there will be a CTF for Olympics soon. That can be fun. Only I wonder when it begins.

Yeah it will be fun! But still we have some 2 or 3 more disciplines to play...strafe race, team coop, some jumping or such, TDM and finally CTF... and as you can see it´s REAL slow ...

Yep sorry about that, I've been too tied up with other things to be able to chase teams. The RJ is at the final now, and the coop needs playing asap, once that is done we'll have the team dm. I could also run the crossing at the same time, as that is timed, so no need for opponants in there at the same time. Strafe race is also timed. Then we have the CTF.
