Sam: given the delays and lack of registrants, I don't know if this tourney is still on. If it is, I have a suggestion: map16 is ok, but it provokes the "midget" bug in ZDaemon (at the top floor near the pillar bases). I finally figured out what causes this bug and I will work on fixing it. However, the fix will require some time; certainly more than the time it will take to run this tourney.

Therefore, I would strongly suggest to remove that map from the tourney and use map08 instead. I think it will be much better for everyone and it will certainly produce far less complaints than otherwise.

I have added map08 to the cygnus rotation so you can see how it plays: I think it's nearly ideal for TDM.

I'm not sure wether to run this tourney now with the teams we have or wait for a while, if we do have it now with who we have, I'll set the brackets on friday.

i woul sign TD up, but it is very unlikely we will all be on at the same time, since we all have loads of work 'n' stuff, plus Newton isnt on very often anyway lol...

yes i know many other people have work as well, but since we would only have 2 members able to play most of the time, against 4 people, i dont think its going to work Razz

Kilgore map08 is fine, it was one of the possibles so I'm happy to go along with that one.

Bones, atm we have Cygnus, CodeImp has also offered us a server when he gets to the place his servers are and restarts them.

HellSpawn, DP haven't as yet entered a team on the registration thread, unless they do they won't be in the tourney. They have until tonight to sort their final player out.

Exl has quit ZDaemon for a while, so we may be replacing him with CodeImp on our team, I've done my wrists in cutting logs, so he may need to play instead of me.

cSc is wanting to get a team together for this tourney, so if you aren't in a team, contact him quick. I'd rather have the full 8 teams playing in this, but as it's the first team tourney we have tried the tourney will still go ahead as an experiment regardless. As this tourney is now taking place over the easter holidays I expect more players would be available for it.
