I'm in the process of making a CTF level and I would appreciate any and as much feedback as you see fit. Instead of me telling you what the issue is, I'll let you tell me :]

Keep in mind that this is an alpha; it's not finished. It is only the red side, and the blue side will be a flipped mirror image of the red side.

I'm also open for name suggestions.

Thanks.

Anyone, please?
I'm all the time providing feedback for people or playtesting their damned maps, so why does no one ever do the same?

I think it's pretty straightforward and nice. I loved your use of slopes and multiple routes. I also dug the slow door/fast door flag grab room. Kudos.

Fill up the connector room, but I'm sure you intended to do that anyway

^^^ Oh my god *shoots himself in the head*

Earthquake: The new and improved 192 wide hallways really do make a difference. The map is totally rad. Just put something interesting in the connector piece, and we'll be one map closer to finishing off map pack 2.

I keep getting alot of positive comments on this level.
Is it really that good? What makes it a good map?
Will it stand the test of time? Will people play it? Confused

That was a cool map, a little confusing at first but the slope use is good. Wink

Excellent map! No texture overkill which i like. It'll need at least 8 players though considdering the amount of paths. Looking forward to the finished map. Very Happy

Final phase of testing has began.
I need someone who can host my level and some other people to help playtest. I really don't want to just throw this into the Zdaemon CTF map pack without thoroughly testing every aspect of it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Wink

By the way, it's already pretty much complete and it's been up on various servers for the past week or so. You can probably expect this one in the next zdaemon map pack, or you can download from here:

http://www.doomvault.com/index.php?id=5
It's titled The Sanguinary Longshot.
