Sometimes changes are welcome and sometimes they're not. This belongs to the former category: we're pleased to announce the newest L@P server at 144.76.43.136, which is... a beast (to put it mildly).

To maximize the community benefit, we already moved all the special event servers (FYBO, TNS, FMM, WNF, ZML, Tournaments, etc) over there. This also leaves the other L@P servers less loaded, so it should be a net gain for everyone. Enjoy Smile

A beast? Smile Does that mean that heavily populated maps like bd.wad map10 will be more playable on this server? (ZDS server almost crashed when we reached the last area with like 1300 monsters)

You could try it out. The only bottleneck in such an extreme case should be the clients network connection. The server CPU will probably handle it fine.
