So I'm chillin in pub right, enjoying my favorite glass of Drain-O when all of a sudden out of nowhere jumps in this mexican player! (obviously) wearing a... [MX] tag! (obviously). So I do what I normally do when I see a new tag is scurry on over to my ZDaemon forums to research upon new found clan! But my astonishment dies fast as I see this part of the forum is hardly even considered.

Seriously whats with all these new clans popping up out of nowhere, nameless, memberless (for all I freakin know, theres no indication of whos in the clan unless they join a server), I know not everyone can jump on the ZDaemon forum, but a bind, a actual clan channel would be lovely don't you think? Somethings telling me these new clans being made are just branches from older clans with the same exact players, which thats just wrong.

Examples include: [MX] [Te] [RCK] [A] and possibly more that I can't think of right now.

But lets settle this now, who ARE THESE CLANS and what do you represent! I'm dying to know!

Nice list Luca.

As far as I know, I doubt many of these Latin America players use these forums plainly because of it's language policy. Most of them don't speak english to an extent that they could type a coherent sentence in it. I presume half of them use other methods of contacting each other than IRC or forums, such as their own skype, or teamspeak servers.

Most of those clans are pretty sick aswell. Mexicans are a lot better at ctf than they where few years back. Don't know about 1v1 (yet).

[MX] is a Mexico based clan from way back, sorry I don't have a bunch of specifics.

Also there used to be a clan listing on the zdaemon website but that has been expunged(hard to maintain). I do hear rumors that it is coming back though.

yeah it was an "all mexicans" clan, a pretty good one when mexico used to have good players and probably the only good clan besides [oF ] that mexico has provided, to bad players like souler, nazz, dosu are retired and now kov and i its all thats left of the mx competitive scene :/
