Really really fun times. It can be a very competitive game mode. EQ and I did pretty well at the end on the same team. It was a constant struggle to escort your teammate past the opponents and then take the ball whenever he died. There's a lot of back and forth, give and take, tit for tat that goes on when trying to score. It really reminded me of what it would be like to play football with the SSG.

I likey a lot - and I'm curious what it would be like to get a full server on one of the maps where there are two deathballs in play... Shocked

Yeah that's a fun one as it breaks any established mold quite a bit. Something else that could be done would be to have a second ball in a map which is only accessible once (as a bonus) or something.
Oh and yes that map is slightly based on ZDCTF map19. I just wanted to take the piss out of every other CTF map out there being either a starbase or a frickin' castle. But which is better?

Ah if you noticed there's also a couple of (Adereth's) maps where you can run the ball back to your own base and then teleport direct into theirs Wink
