Theres a small slope goof in map02, its no big deal though, I hardly noticed it. Something about the whole demon/hell theme just puts me off. Also too, you could use a bit more detail alongside your theme, I see little pot-holes and whatnot, so more of that is good. the random tech pieces in the lava in map03 kill you, they look about the right height to walk on and expand the area, dunno if you just didn't set the sector number or if you wanted it like that, but I'd suggest turning it off. Expand to a building too in map03 off where the Silent Hill symbol is. that would be good imo. |

Thanks Alfred for your comments.
I will work more in the details of the maps and fixed the bug slop of map02.
I removed now the insane death sector on the Silent Hill Symbol
Best Regards |

wow, I didn't post on this! NEways, good job and congrats on getting people into the server. Good fun to be had, although I felt it was a lil to packed with 8 people, but that's just me. Most folks seemed to enjoy it. I was doubtful at first with the plasma gun placement on map01, but the balcony is sufficiently out of the way even with eight people playing. Map 2 and 3 I think are a little too linear, and I think I even came in second or third on map3 (unheard of!) When that happens it makes me think there's little more to do than to hold down the fire button On map 4 my only issue was with the lonely spawn point in the middle. I kinda felt bad because everytime I came blasting my way out of the rocket room I managed to hit the dude spawning there. Otherwise spawn placement is pretty good. Very few instances of spawning infront of someone in mid shot.
As in every post I make, I recommend fewer ssgs.
In the looks department, nice polished maps. Good and complete looking

ok, firstly i'm not entirely sure about the coolness of duplicating the Forever/Onslaught looks quite so thoroughly. that aside then these are pretty fun maps. a little sparse on detail in places (long undecorated corridor walls, floors and ceilings) but uncluttered is good too.
some odd weapon spreads on the maps, like with map01 jumping straight from SSG to plasma... and i couldn't figure out if the BFG was gettable. you should check those alignments on the outside grey walls where the light shines down too.
map02 is much more interesting. the spawns at the top of the waterfalls with no guns just plain suck though, they remind me of OMGmaps. weird flow to this one, ie it doesn't in a couple of places. that slopey dead-end after the RL is just weird. also watch the alignments on the cavewall textures.
map03 takes its Onslaught inspiration a bit too far. server had cleared by the time this one came round so i only got to duel here. it seemed a little simple even for that...
map04 again has brickwalls that go on too far without detail. some of those splattered guy textures would've worked wonders here. still it's a great player.
map05 is also really enjoyable. those doors that let players out of the spawn areas seem to be a pain in the ass online as you have to press them twice to get them to open a lot of the time. detail seems nicely balanced here. |

From the Onslaught 2/3 txt:

You may use the textures I and Godcells have created in your wads but you must give credit to hobomaster22 and Godcells in your txt file.
Didn't even see a txt in your zip file. Its mainly the mossbrick textures godcells specifically made for the project. I've been asked for permission to use these textures, but I didn't even ask that much. Just credit in a txt. |

Realy, i know. it was not intentional
My apologies. I like to much your projects and mapping.
I left the .txt on .zip file
My intention never was to cause this bad understood, with you or Godcells.
