"lighting thunder" effect ("lightning" in MAPINFO lump) not synced between client and server.

I made simple wad:

http://t3dstudio.ru/files/doom2/lighting_desync.wad

there is ACS script that executed on "lightning" event: if you run it on server and connect - you will see that "BOOM" print and light blinks happen in different times.

In single it work syncly.

It bug or correct behaviour?

The lightning can trigger scripts (which are server-only).
That means the lightning effect on the client must also be triggered by the server to be in sync.
So far the server and the client do the random time between lightning individually.
So yes, definitely bug.
