1.09 does it; 1.08 cannot possibly do it since it records in the ZDO format which does not support metadata.
No, I was refering to date and time of actual zdo file. Now if you have zdo dated 15.05.2012. and edit it today it will become zdd with date 18.05.2012. Can you preserve original date & time of demo file?
For example when loading zdo read date and time (15.05.2012. 23:35), and when saving it, you would save it as 15.05.2012. 23:35. |

The ZDD format was designed to store this sort of information internally, to address problems such as this. Think of this metadata as tags in an MP3 file, where you can store the title, author, album, track number, etc. The ZDD format is kind of like that.
The old ZDO format doesn't store that sort of info as far as I know, and of course modifying the file will result in altered time/dates. Just by the way, if you're unsure of the original date to a file that hasn't been altered, look at the "last modified" date, that will show you the time of creation. Ignore the "created" date because everytime you copy the file, that time gets updated. |

EQ is right there, but it's possible to fix the date of the zdd file too. I'll see what I can do fx02. |

Earthquake, yes I was hoping that last modified would do the trick, but if you edit it twice it's gone :/
Anyway I understand zdd format/header that stores information.
I suggest that demo editor should read zdo creation date and put it into zdd. I think that would be OK? |

I tell you what we can do:- The demo tool can auto-insert the zdo date into the recording date field.
- It can also set the zdd timestamp equal to the zdo timestamp, but ONLY when converting from zdo to zdd. Further zdd edits will affect the file timestamp as they should.
Soon enough, you will not really need the second of those fx02 |
