Not a bug.

If I recall correctly, the ZDaemon IRC network doesn't support this channel mode, and it's there because it's still in use by other networks. Some people connect to other IRC networks, so ZRC needs to keep this.

As I have stated once before, this is not a bug.

Channel mode +p is available on some other networks, it is not available on zdirc.

If it ever does reappear on zdirc, it will not serve the same functionality.

Channel mode +p will be reintroduced, instead of the original meaning "private", it'll now go by the Hybrid 6 definition "paranoid".

In effect, certain actions an operator may take will be broadcast to other operators and above, eg:
Invites

The difference in this version being, +i will not be a required prerequisite for the notice to be displayed.

There'll more than likely be a status differential with the implementation here, between halfops, ops and protect ops..depending on the notice type.

Channel +p will be reintroduced during the next IRC Network update.

Although what it'll do is extremely minor..

It will send a message to channel operators when an invite is sent from inside the channel.
