Since there was a positive reaction a few weeks ago, we're going to keep the survival ball rolling here!

So it's going to be a little Dark Resolution 2008 this time around. This was a community project that happened on Doomworld back in '07-'08. It's a high quality episode (eleven maps) that's been overlooked so we'll give it a spin. We've been in the habit of not really getting through whole megawads anyway due to sheer size of the maplist and server settings, so eleven maps (some of which are very difficult) should be suitable. Some scenarios are lengthy and challenging, so I'm hoping for some hard-fought battles. :>

YO, cool wad for survival, but there are problems:
- dmflags2 should be 135397442 (Detect Voodoo Doll starts)
- some doors don't open because of Boom functions (e.g. map04)
- Voodoo Doll don't work in ZD

So if there are problems, voting will be necessary Smile

Gah, thanks for checking the maps Krawa. And I forgot to check the voodoo doll flag. That one DEFINITELY makes a difference here. D:

Maps 10 and 11 were lunacy with fast monsters. Good attempts anyway. Definitely will add more lives to survival next time for challenges like this.

Sorry about the lack of a US server this week, I had one running but it seems there was some sort of connection problem or something, because zserv couldn't reach the master server.

Those end maps were seriously fucked up. And so were the DMFLAGS by the time we left it. I'd added vampire mode, nice weapons and everything I could possibly think of to help de-fight the hordes of hell Laughing

Well, nothing to add ...

... the maps were a great deal of fun, and it really had been an entertaining session, if not bit of a short one (at least it felt like that, Shark Razz) ... well, aside from those last two maps which, after about the umpteenth retry, started to become a bit stale. And that´s it !
