I've finally got the dates set for this.

The main LAN weekend (when the majority of the dooming will take place) will be:

Saturday 3rd July - Sunday 4th July.

The following week will also be used for those wanting to stay longer, or who have travelled a considerable distance and do not see fit to visit just for 2 days. Those booking a flight should preferably fly in on Friday 2nd July so as to get the full 2 days of playing time.

Airports I can pick people up from:

Birmingham International Airport (BHX)
East Midlands Airport (EMA)

There aren't any major airports after those two within a 100 mile radius from me.

I will be picking Scylla up on Friday 2nd July from Birmingham Airport, so anyone else needing a ride to my house should try and organise it for around the same time. (I will confirm flight times nearer to July)
