Welcome to the new bug tracking section!

This is the place where you can post client, server, launcher, irc and zsl
related bugs.

Please make a new thread for each single bug!
The thread will be moved to another section by the moderators
according to the bug status/progress.

Don't post feature requests here!
You can do that in the Feature Requests section.

Go ahead and reiterate open bugs from the old
Doom and Heretic bug threads.

Before you post a bug report use some common sense and make sure
the bug is reproducible. Check the changelog, the verified, fixed
and rejected sections beforehand.

If the client crashed on you midgame and you can't reproduce it,
don't post here or you will anger the admins.
Also don't tell us about your fancy decorate not working here!

Implemented features that do not work as claimed are bugs.
Unreasonable deviations from vanilla Doom and Heretic behaviour are bugs.

Anything apart from that is most likely a feature request, so once again try to
differentiate between these cases.

When you submit a bug report make sure to add all information that
is needed for us to reproduce the bug.
It is even better when you post a demo wad along to the report if applicable.

Have fun posting!

Make sure to use descriptive thread titles. We don't need half the thread titles saying "I found a bug" or "This doesn't work." You can use up to 60 characters for thread titles, so be as descriptive as needed!

Although this isn't a rule, if your bug specifically has to do with ACS or DeHackEd, please use [ACS] or [DeHackEd] tags in front of your thread title so these bug reports can be classified more easily. The same can go for Heretic or Hexen if, and only if, the bug is limited to that game, and not to ZDaemon as a whole.

Also, this wasn't mentioned in the original post, but when applicable please try to test with the latest version of ZDaemon. Also take note of the server version where you encounter any online bug. Some bugs might be due to [or resurface because of] the server running an outdated version of ZDaemon.

Thanks!

Awesome, this looks like a great addition.

Is there any chance that you'll get a list of fixed/confirmed bugs that are up for 1.09 in the other board?

We'd rather make a fresh list. Bugs that are fixed will not be marked as "fixed" until they can be verified to be fixed in public 109 betas; therefore, that list you're asking is not going to be terribly helpful.
