It has been brought to my attention that my presentation was somewhat lacking, but honestly by now people surely either get enthused about ZDS (and have faith in the selections) or they do not.

For those in need of some motivation:
Barbapapa's second CTF map pack was run once before on ZDS #10 but that proved too ambitious as we only played half of the maps. Indeed it's quite possible - and altogether tragic - that many of these maps have still never been played on a server. Although a handful of these maps will be recognised by fans of 3wayCTF as they were some of the layouts that Worst converted for that pack.

As for screenshots then I generally only post those if I can find some on the internet somewhere. And as Barbapapa's maps are very much from the early 32in24 school of mapping (which states that gameplay>detail) then they are not the best to look at.

Interesting. Visually, some maps were rather plain looking but most of them played well enough that I didn't care too much. Map01, map03, and map19 were the memorable ones that I enjoyed. Of course, it was nice to see the original layouts which were converted to 3-way.

Anyone interested in a little midweek session? How about Wednesday evening 21:00 central European time?

All those players and so little response? Surprised
Nobody interested in Runald's suggestion either?

I think the maps are ace aside from a couple that suffer from being too complex.
