Get a server to host it and in the server URL place a link to the Wad file. You could also submit your wad to various archives.

If a rare WAD is used by a server, then you can place the WAD someplace on the Web and specify the WAD URL as the server "website" variable (inside zserv.cfg). That's all you need to do: both IDE and ZLauncher will use this info to fetch the WAD.

Alternatively, you can specify the URL of an (HTML) web page containing links to the WAD(s) in question. This will work too.

Settings -> Custom Servers

Add 127.0.0.1

Voila, you can now see your own server.
