What do you mean? Vertical is up and down.

Polyobjects

Not supported by Zdaemon 1.08
additionally, you can't stand on top of polyobjects, that i'm aware of...

There might be a way to make it seem that there is a moving sector with script... lol, anyway good luck boss.

rofl well sure you can do that, but he's talking about a method to make a solid looking object move a player, I'm thinking that you could write a script to move a raise and lower a sector instantly accross tags and just thrust the player lightly along to make it seem like he's riding along...

But thats a balls-load of work and I would never do it xD

What you could also do is script a monster... or really anything that would move, replace the sprite frames with like a box or some crap like that to make it look like a platform, fix its height to whatever you need and yeah, there ya go, you can ride that and junk....

Not sure - perhaps map09 in zdctfmp can give you a clue? I'm referring to the "travellators" near the flag in each map.

I assume this is what you are after, but I can't find any information - and Doom Builder doesn't give any clues.

Feel free, it's not the hardest thing to make, but I must say, I've never seen anything like it in a map, to that degree atleast.

If I remember correctly, you cant ride a object it either stops, or just moves off under the player while the player stays still.

You fecking bet he did Very Happy (And now that you have cable, you've no excuse for not finding out yourself!)

'Tis a good solution to prevent the unscrupluous from lifting bits o' work. Was it ever tested online, Worsty?
