key:
P1 = Pro win, P2 = Pro 2nd, P3 = Pro 3rd, P4 = Pro 4th.
O1 = Open win, O2 = Open 2nd, O3 = Open 3rd, O4 = Open 4th.
In1 = Int 1st.
N1 = Novice 1st.
NS1 = New School 1st etc.
FFA1 = Free For All 1st etc.
3rd and 4th place is determined by who loses to the eventual winner as that is (in theory) a tougher match (FFA is by frags). Jan is the beginning of the tournament year so here are the backdated points.
Somehow, the list seems a bit unrealistic, there is no way i should rank above Titan or Psy, simply because i competed in more tourneys. I think that winning a PRO tourney should be worth WAAAAY more points than all the other placements.
i think vain was joking about not remembering a zd tourney at all, but he is right he wasn't third, this tourney was never finished, he went on to win the LB and was supposed to play mr. Sedlo in the final, which never happened, so if anything he was second at worst, but i guess it doesn't matter, these points don't seem to be updated and even if they were they are not official.....

I tried to introduce the point's system (i iniatated the idea through Samiam) for official purposes. Their primary objective were to provide statistics and data on ranking and seeding matters, to give tournaments a more professional feel. The idea never really took off in that way though, there were many holes in theory anyways. In the end, they are used for no real reason at all, perhaps just for show.
