vampire i think it was a good idea to change the server after each map, lets do it that way

i also think we should allow for during-a-game substitution, as long as it doesnt bring one side to higher number of players(it wont be possible if we set the servers correctly), the reason for this is there might be a connection or whatever problem and because of the timelimit issues, its no good stopping the whole action and resuming it again later

i also think there could be a short(5-10 min+/-) break halfway through the match

another thing, substitute players should NOT be allowed to spactate, there should be no spectators at all, only 5 players in each team

ok what else, i guess thats pretty much it

let me know what you think

Ok, in-game substitutions are fine with me, as long as there is a limit per game, otherwise it will get stupid. I suggest 2 per map. Also, we should not stop the game for substitutions (unless we formulate some kind of time-out system) making it the teams problem.

A 15 minute break is about the norm i would say.

Yes, i totally agree, no spectators at all.

Also: No in-game talking, unless its the captain with an important message.

I think thats about it.

so do we get a list of the final teams from each country? - Are the DM Flags the same in Obla as they are in DSG also?

AND - will games be "paused" if a substitution is necessary?

the starting line-up for the Czech team is:

Titan
Darg
hokis
vain
Draza_jr

with substitutions:

starrec
ufon
czegi
sneakfast
spirit_crusader

also it was decided through a coin-toss(dont ask)that GB team is starting on their home server(server changes after each map) with a color disadvantage in the first 3 maps

changes of servers are also good because of demos - there will be one demo for each map, and not a 30 MB demo containing all of them.

By this I kindly ask all players to record demos, I bet it will be very good show Smile

I don't really understand why you are posting the results weapon, when you weren't part of the team. What "We" are you referring to?

Anyways, congrats to CZ, it was a good fight, everyone who participated did their countries proud.

ya the result isnt important, this was a celebration of the game we all like to play - i got carried away a bit too much at one point(sorry hawk) but i think the overall game was played in the spirit of fair play and for that i want to thank the GB team

Even though i was poor the first three games, my team did me proud, and i cannot praise them enough for their attitude and spirit. I would also like to thank the CZ team (even with your mind games Razz), they have been great. Thanks to Ufon for making it easy to arrange and i really do hope we can do this again sometime, or perhaps even on a regular basis.

GGs and a lot of fun.

Well i'm stepping down as the captain(my doom inactvity is starting to affect the quality of my decisions in relation to the tactics and knowledge of players) but what ill try to do before i leave is setting up a site of our national team where challanges can be issued. So hopefully such thing will be even easier to organize at least within our community. This is a wonderful game and i believe such events help it to gain popularity. So yea, hopefully there will be more in the future.

Btw. was this the first international game in the zdaemon history ?
