Teams must post which two players are playing in this event prior to the start date.

When the players are loaded, a random draw will be made to determine which other team you will compete against. The places for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th are determined by the overall time for each player for three weapons, the weapons for this event are sg, ssg and chaingun only, no other weapons are to be used. The times for each weapon per player must be posted here, to avoid any miscalculations on the total.

You do not need to have your team mate or opponants in the game at the same time, however you can if you wish. If you choose to do this event alone in the server, or with just your fellow team mate you must have one of the tourney admins in the server with you to witness your time.

One warm up per weapon prior to the actual game is allowed while the event is taking place. You must let the admin or other players know prior to starting that this will be the actual tourney game, re-plays to try and get a better time are not allowed.

All players are required to record a demo in the event of any disputes.

Round 1 will begin on the 7th, at which time the server will be locked and available to registered team members only, you must contact one of the tourney admins for the password. We will try to notify who we can on your teams of the password asap but we can't always contact everyone.

Under no circumstances can the pw be passed to anyone who is not taking part in the ZDolympics, this is to ensure non tourney players can't go in and ruin your match.

The dates for the rounds for timed events reduce by a day per round each time. The dates will be posted once we know how many teams have registered.

Slight change on this one, as luck also plays a part, each player will get 2 goes with all 3 weapons and we will take the middle time between the two as your time. So you will need to post your times for all.

Is it not late to make a slight change in the rules? I think in this event it's possible to use a different point and advancement system, which seems to be more fair. That is - points for the 1st place + points for the 4th equals the sum of the points for the 2nd and 3rd places. And which of two teams advances is determined by their total times. The points may be like 5, 3, 2, 0 for 1st-4th places. If we use this system - we can determine the winning teams, not the players taking first place.

With the current points system the team with the fastest times get's the most points by coming in 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th. If for example AF-Domains got 3rd, and LG_Exl got 2nd, our team would get 2 + 3 = 5 points. You might get 1st, and Sedlo 4th, giving your team 5 + 1 = 6 points, just for having Sedlo do the fastest times of all 4. What more could you want?
