Hello ZDaemon Sessions Capture the Flag People,
This weekend it's time to play the first part of 3-Way Madness.
Long time that we played 3-way CTF, so don't miss the fun!

Wasn't sure I'd get chance to play, but I ended up doing a whole rotation!
Glad I got chance to swing by - was indeed a good crowd in the server
I was surprised that GetWAD had to download the 3way pack for me. Anyone know why there's a "3waymadness-ctfv5" and also a "3waymadness-ctf-v5"? It seems like the maps were all rebuilt at some point...?
While checking the system here, I've got 3waymadness-ctf-v5 but not 3waymadness-ctfv5 (though 3waymadness-ctfv4 is present from 2011).
I do have the text file for 3waymadness-ctf-v5, it is dated 10th March 2012; the name is also referenced exactly.
It's not impossible that when first released there could have been something that needed to be adjusted and/or fixed, which then resulted in this name adjustment.

Ok, I think I got some answers. I had a vague recollection I'd done something with the pack myself at some point but, without access to the TXT file (or my old files), I couldn't be sure. I seemed to recall fixing the coloured lights on map 19 but, equally, had a feeling that it was perhaps me that broke them in the first place
Then I came across the patch file that I later made which converted the pack to KOTH, which contained the tech lamp fix which I remembered! And my patch gave me an idea about why there was another version of v5 knocking about - at some point it seems someone - on Zandro, I guess - added 1-flag support to the pack. So yeah, that's why.
I know I've asked (repeatedly) before, but this seems like a great opportunity to float it again - will ZD's proposed 1-flag (Bombing Run) mode ever see fruition? Surely it'd be a pretty simple thing to code in for something which would open up a whole bunch of existing mappacks to fresh gameplay?
