Neither SetActivatorToTarget nor SetActivator with the AAPTR_PLAYER_GETTARGET pointer selector work in ZDaemon when trying to set the activator to the thing under player's cross hair.
Tested with setactivatortotarget.wad; load it and do 'puke 1 your_player_number'; it should log the x coordinate of the thing the player aims at or nothing if he aims at nothing. Works as expected in ZDoom 2.8.1; continuously prints the player's x coordinate in ZDaemon 1.10b07 (i.e. the player instead of his target is erroneously set as the activator and the function always returns success). |
