That's possibly down to projectile error checking.
See, if it's a projectile, Zdaemon's logic is (or used to be) that if it's static it's a glitch. |

Are they moving? if not, they get erased from the client (and that's by design, and that's not likely to change). If they're static, why do they have to be projectiles? |

They are static, and I solved this already in my mod by removing the MISSILE flag from these things. I could do that since they were purely decorative things. But eg. they could have been landmines, and landmines don't move but still have to be projectiles, right? |

A_Spawn was surly not designed to spawn this kind of objects, This is covered by CPA_CustomMissile / CPW_CustomMissile |
