Quite a few requests for this, and what a perfect opportunity for some extreme play-testing. But what exactly is Community Chest 4?
Community Chest 4 is the fourth in a series of boom compatible megawads (32 maps) which started back in 2002. The fourth installment boasts maps from 20 members of the doom community, a few of which you'll definitely be familiar with. The CChest wads have always had maps made by at least one ZDaemon'er (T.U.D, Torn, Mephisto, RottKing, Wilou84) so there's all the more reason to be there tomorrow, playing, dying, and watching the show (counting everybody's damage and enjoying the TV-like spectating that b28 offers)!
The pack looks and sounds extremely awesome, and while finding space to roam about with the usual epic TNS crowds may be an issue in the first few maps; you should find it more comfy pretty soon. So be here this AND next Thursday to blast through an outstanding set of maps and hopefully have a positive impact on the final release!
The Euro session starts at 20:00 GMT (that's 16:00 EDT)
The US session starts at 20:00 EDT (that's 00:00 GMT) |

It should do, being boom compatible, however voodoo doll compatibility is required and I dunno how 10808c would handle them. |

Yeah, ok cause i was going to host a once off for oceania sake.. as we are getting good numbers these days |

perhaps you should ask the devs for the 1.09 server |

Yeah, the playerlimit needs to (and will) drop to around 16-20 for next week. We should make a move on doomworld and get a 30+ player-friendly megawad project going! |
