Don't know if this is a bug or by design, but every time I log into ZDaemon, my sort settings for how servers are sorted seem to reset. The way I sort settings is to click "Net Address" twice and then "Type" once. This sorts servers so that the IP Addresses are sorted in descending order, and the types are organized by Coop, 1v1, FFA, CTF, Suvival, DDOM going from top to bottom.
Has anyone else noticed this? |

it is by design. ZLauncher does not and cannot remember the sorting.
It will sort by humans by default.
It really wouldnt even be possible to remember the sortings because you'd need to remember ALL clicks on columns a user ever did. |

In fact, no. It does remember your primary sorting criterion and it always worked that way. What he's saying is that he wants it to remember some specific multi-level sorting. You can achieve the effect by clicking on columns in a certain order, but this was never saved. |

This multi-level sorting I've noticed before... and in other windows applications as well. Is it an intrinsic property of the list control you used? |

Well, the reason I posted this up was because these settings were always saved in previous versions of ZDaemon, and I started noticing this behavior once the 1.09 betas came out.
Anyhow, thanks. |

EQ: yes. It's built into the listview control; try it on the windows explorer or anywhere you have a listview control with sorting enabled. |
