Hey.

This case is similar to : https://forums.zdaemon.org/viewtopic.php?t=17804

In Heretic/Hexen, the TeleportFog doesn't have the correct z-height when used with zdoom features like ACS (in SP & C/S).

The following functions are impacted afaik :
0 - Thing_Move
1 - SetActorPosition
2 - Thing_Spawn
3 - Thing_SpawnFacing

Test wad : http://91.121.181.122/bugs/teleport_sprite_offset/fogherhex.zip
E1M1 is for heretic, Map01 is for hexen. use "puke 2 X" where X is a number between 0 & 3
