Week #1 results format, as simple as it gets:

deadline extension: This week starts on July 16th, ends on July 24th. Make sure you post your results by Tuesday midnight (CET).

Quick recap of the rules:
- practice as much as you want
- join #el on ZRC and ask a referee to come to the server, when you and your teammate feel ready
- when you, your teammate and the ref are in the server, it's gametime!
- you have 5 tries to kill everything on the map and exit as fast as possible
- your fastest time is your "score" for the week
- make sure you both survive till the end (no suicide exits), you both take screenshots and you have the timer displayed, otherwise the games won't be valid

Swift is leaving for vacation tomorrow, so him and Evo have to play tonight. Me and Titan decided to play our game prematurely as well, so our British lads aren't left alone in this. We practiced for about 20 minutes before the game; from the 63 rounds we played we only survived 7 times, our best time being :36, so achieving 40secs in the actual game was quite lucky, but we gladly take it!

Last time someone postponed a deadline in an Euro tournament, it was in Vendetta #3 and a huge flamewar followed. But I'm thinking this one won't bite me in the ass, since the week #1 map is such luck-based garbage. Still, I apologize to teams that played their games in time and hope you don't see it as too unfair.

More teams couldn't play tonight, due to some unexpected noshows. I hope wabe, Selam, Rebel and datacore will be here in next two days, and that way Evo+Swift can play as well. I hope we won't have to stretch things out like this in the following weeks.

Please, be more careful about scheduling games in the future. For teams hungry for practice, I'll switch one l@p and one NJ server for week #2 map.

anyone who saw us practice will probably think this is cheated. :D our survival rate was maybe 5% of all our training attempts, but we totally aced it in the compet. first 40s, then 37s (sshot), then a botched attempt, then 35s. i can't believe how lucky we got. :)

Hi there guys.

I don't know where to post it but first of all I would say sorry for my lack of presence, Krawa, Gyross and those to whom have waited our turn.

I was, as you guys can see, unable to connect since Sunday 21, my provider was forced to cut my network for various reasons. If krawa (hi) would still finish the game with me, or sir hasn't changed partners, let's end it if not too late, if it is, too bad for me, for the next game maybe!

Oh, internet issues. That sucks, man. Week #1 is closed, but sir Krawa didn't replace you, so you just grab your team-mate and start practicing the tvr map right away.
